
......were totally eclipsed by a mobile flock of about 25 Crossbills at Shirlett! Here's 5 of them...

It's one of those things, first they were above me in a tall tree (effectively out of view) apart from this female...

Then with rain starting to fall, a few males landed in some smaller shrubs. OMG - what I would have given for some GOOD LIGHT right now!!!



You can't have it all :-( As quickly as they came, they were gone.....
