The rest of the day was taken up with a pelagic on MV Sapphire.......
Birds were hard work but included Puffin (not easy at this time of year!) Razorbill, Great Skua, numerous Gannet and unexciting Gulls)
The highlight I think for everyone were the dolphins - Common Dolphin showing like I've never seen them before!! Often coming very close to the boat and leaping out of the water....
This one was bow-riding - you could almost reach out and touch....
Just once sequence, quite close, may well have produced the 'image burst' of the trip? Nicely side lit, this dolphin was caught in full flow :-)
