My second evening pelagic from St Marys (setting off at 5.00pm) and it was mostly about the familiar 'ever present' seabirds of the area. Starting off with a good few Manx Shearwater only minutes in, near St Agnes!
A fly-by Arctic Skua...
Everybody's favourite stiffwing....
And cracking views of Bonxies taking on the gulls in the wake of the boat!
And even when the light levels fell, an amazing surprise in store with this amazing sunset over Bishop Rock!
But we're here for the birds.....
A longer daytime session kicks off at 11.00 in the morning..... can't wait :-)
