Venus Pool - More Bramblings

I usually try and avoid 'repeat' performances but two caveats apply: the bird(s) may be more obliging and the light may be better? In this case both reasons apply plus the fact that male Bramblings at this time of year are simply irresistible!

 Close crops were tempting?

Never easy to get decent backgrounds in woodland environments and this could be better but you gotta love Bramblings whatever...

I swear they are getting even more colourful by the day!
